The story of a Mesopotamian

We have now moved to the plains & we have a bit of water.It is very hot & we have decided to name this place Sumer.The problem here is that the rivers flood too much & when they don't it's dry. Also,we don't have enough water for everyone.I don't know how we are going to water our crops. I don't know how we are going to deal with it.
